You fail to acknowledge the biggest glaring issue with using bullshit generators like midjourney. They are trained on copyrighted work. If you use these tools to “brand “ your company guess what? You’ll never be able to license a single image that is generate by an LLM. As it stands in the US at least no courts will grant trademark rights to ai generated work. Human authorship is required. All the logos you posted can’t be licensed and hypothetically be considered yours in a scenario in which you were using one of the coffee shop logos and someone else used it too there’s not a single thing you could legally do about it bc neither you nor the other person own the rights to a thing generated by an AI . Not to mention all the logos look like generic templates.
