If all the folios are starting to look the same it’s because their bootcamps gave them template folios to fill out the busy senior ux designers that are often leads we don’t have time to update our portfolio so we do it when we can. Some people have specific portfolios bc they are trying to attract speciality ux roles. The question is what are you and your org looking for ? and why don’t you know that does your ux designer need to be more research focused or Visuals do they need specific experience in one area . Also what about promoting with in go ahead and as a senior graphic designer if they want to skill the fuck up and become lead ux there is your new ux lead
