Every touch point a customer has with a brand be it digital or not is a paper of the cx/ux whatever you want to call them the differences in your definition of the two are minuscule. The labels for each of your definitions of CX and UX could be swapped and it wouldn’t matter. Design thinking is another design process defined as linear and is not. As far as all the number of unnecessary design processes out there design thinking is easily the most over simplified if not ineffective example of evidence based design work. All of it is in one way or another a watered down version of the scientific method.
